Awhile back there were discussions and issues regarding service and support from Dell. The issue was raised to the higher ups at Dell and the attached information on the program called Dell Express Service Code has been implemented.

Please find below, the program information for Dell Express Service Code that we discussed at last week's meeting. This can be forwarded to all Cornell Computing Directors. When using this service, customers should continue to call the core Tech Support Queue ( 800-234-1490 ). For customers that have Gold support contracts or Premier Access, they should continue to call their designated support numbers. Thank you Debi.
