III. Restore (Paul & Moe; 10-15 minutes)

A. Restore options

1. Single vs. multi-file restores
2. Bare metal vs. base OS plus data (Moe)
3. Windows Active Directory restore (Moe)

B. Discussion of a possible restore service

1. Sense of demand
2. Willingness to pay

IV. Support for distributed support providers (Paul; 5 minutes)

A. Centralized client changes
B. Single notification email for multiple managed clients
