How does that sound?
Recall, this was my take away from the August meeting on this topic:
1) Restore options (bare metal vs. base OS plus data)
2) A restore service (we do the restore for a client)
3) Technology overview (including improvements)
4) Management classes (what they are; how to use them)
5) Windows Active Director restore
6) Overview of our fee structure
7) single vs multi-files restores
8) Global management capabilities (centralized client changes and single
notification for multiple managed hosts)
[...]
Thanks!
